Rolling with the success of our Women's Self Defence Course we now have outlined our new Self Defence programs.
We have 2 classes available - Level 1 for Beginners and Level 2 for advanced techniques.
We cover new and advanced skills such as:
Level 1 revision
Escape from holds
Advanced strangulation defence
Floor assult defence
Defence against multiple attackers
