Our Club Philosophy

At Dans Martial Arts our philosophy is simple, teach self defence that WORKS. Although the basis of teaching is primarily founded on Taekwondo we incorporate other forms of Martial Arts such as Kyusho-Jitsu (pressure points), Kali (stick fighting), Amok (knife defence) and close quarter self defence.

"...teach self defence that WORKS"

Equally important is our desire to help people reshape their lives. There is a range of physical benefits such as weight loss, increased flexibility, coordination and strength. But, unlike many other forms of physical activity, martial arts also has a mental and sometimes spiritual element which not only improves the mind's focus but also helps in self control.

"physical benefits are weight loss, increased flexibility, coordination and strength."

Our team is our most important asset as they are responsible for our students' safety and passing down our syllabus teachings. All instructors have invested at least 6 years of learning Martial Arts. They are dynamic, caring, physically fit and open to any of your questions.

"everyone's invited"

At Dans Martial Arts we have an open club where everyone is invited and catered for. So, give us a call and we can chat about how Dans Martial Arts can help you. Classes for all age groups, lifestyles, walks for life. Everybody welcome.
