Our fully qualified instructors at Dans Martial Arts have devised a special program for your kids with tailor made classes that are proven to develop and boost their learning and basic motor skills in an exciting and friendly environment.

Our adult classes are for 15 and above, with no age limit. Adults with any fitness level can join our classes for self defence, fitness or social recreation. Come by yourself or with a friend to refine your team work skills and confidence. A typical class starts with a group warm up and usually includes self defences, training for upcoming competitions and discipline based traditional taekwondo. 

Can a woman really defend herself against an attacker of any size? The answer... absolutely! If you are given key lessons as to best use your body to loosen holds and use your surrounding environment, there is nothing to say that you cannot defend an attack and get away.
